Built by Practitioners.
Engineered by Experts.
Redefining professional services with technology that eliminates revenue loss caused by broken processes, unclear workflows, and systems that force businesses to adapt to someone else’s model.
Meet Bryce
Chief Executive Officer / Chief Technology Officer
Bryce Holloway is the visionary and technical architect behind theCaseWork™. With more than 35 years of software engineering and architecture experience, he specializes in designing cloud-native, scalable systems that combine flexibility with operational excellence. His expertise spans Microsoft Azure, serverless microservice architectures, and automation-driven workflow design.
Throughout his career, he has led and coached many teams on how to become more efficient and productive. For more than a decade he has been at the forefront of cloud migration initiatives, helping companies to migrate away from monolithic web applications to cloud native solutions, including serverless microservices architectures, thus improving scalability, deployment efficiency, and user retention. He has a passion for software development especially for the cloud.
As a consultant, Bryce discovered that most professional services systems are more artifact or document centric rather than being client centric. He envisioned a different approach focused on improving user experience and long-term client relationships. That vision became theCaseWork™, a system designed to be everything traditional PSA and document management tools are not: modern, flexible, transparent, and built around the client, not just the data.
As the CTO, Bryce now leads product vision, architecture, and innovation strategy and is committed to creating an automation-driven platform that empowers professional service organizations to operate with transparency, accountability, and ease.
Meet Rhonda
Chief Operations Officer
Rhonda Lea is the operational architect and execution strategist for theCaseWork™. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, founder of Scale The Chaos, and recognized expert in organizational transformation, she brings over two decades of experience leading process improvement, systems integration, and team development across manufacturing, healthcare, and technology sectors.
Rhonda’s leadership ensures that theCaseWork™ is more than just innovative technology, it’s a scalable, human-centered system that bridges automation and emotional intelligence. She oversees operations, process design, and customer success, ensuring that every system the company builds, and every culture it creates, runs with integrity, clarity, and purpose. Her approach combines strategic discipline with empathetic leadership, aligning business growth with genuine human value.
Through years of working with organizations whose systems dictated their processes, Rhonda developed a core principle that guides both her leadership and theCaseWork™’s design philosophy: “The system should not define your process. Your process should define the system.”
She has seen firsthand how rigid, system-driven workflows can limit an organization’s ability to effectively serve clients, add unnecessary complexity, create internal chaos, and bury millions in potential revenue. This insight drives her mission to help companies build systems that adapt to people and processes, not the other way around.
Together, Bryce and Rhonda form the perfect founder balance: vision and architecture paired with systems and scalability. Bryce builds the technology that redefines what’s possible; Rhonda builds the operational structure that ensures it scales.
Our Mission
To establish a new standard for service operations by unifying execution, optimization, and revenue protection into one platform—ending the industry’s dependence on outdated PSA systems and disconnected tools.
Transparency: We practice openness internally and empower our clients to extend that same transparency to their own customers.
Simplicity: We strive to make complex processes effortless for our users, even when that means greater effort behind the scenes.
Integrity: Integrity isn’t assumed; it’s practiced. We uphold it in our leadership, expect it from our employees, and seek it in every client partnership.
Automation with Intention: We believe automation should serve people, not replace them. Our goal is to remove friction, not humanity, from the professional services experience.
We created theCaseWork™ to achieve three core goals:
Innovation: Develop an application that fundamentally improves how professional-service firms manage work, automate workflows, and deliver value with clarity.
Stability: Generate sustainable income that allows our families to live comfortably and securely.
Culture: Build a non-toxic workplace where every employee feels valued, supported, and appreciated.
