Join theCaseWork™ Beta

An exclusive group of early supporters, adopters, beta testers, and forward-thinking professionals who want to help shape theCaseWork™ during its early-stage development.

We are creating something deliberately different.

During development, we realized something important. The people who feel the pain of broken workflows should have a voice in building the solution.

What the Beta is:

theCaseWork™ Beta is a private, structured, early-access program for leaders, consultants, practitioners, and innovators managing complex processes who help shape theCaseWork™ before launch.

This is not an open beta.

Participants are selected to ensure meaningful feedback, real-world use cases, and direct collaboration with the founding team.

Beta programs will run in two-month cohorts throughout Q1 and Q2 of 2026.

The beta is designed for teams who:

Deliver services, projects, or complex work after a deal closes

  • Rely on multiple tools to manage fulfillment and execution

  • Experience scope creep, stalled work, or revenue leakage

  • Want structure, accountability, and visibility across delivery

  • Are willing to provide thoughtful feedback during the beta period

This is a fit for founders, operators, consultants, and delivery leaders who want to help shape the platform they will eventually rely on.

As an early adopter, you’ll get:

  • Early access to theCaseWork™ platform

  • Hand-on onboarding and guided set-up

  • Direct feedback loops with the founding team

  • Influence over features, workflows, and priorities

  • Priority access to future releases

  • Early adopter pricing that will be locked in after beta.

If you’ve ever wished someone would build a system that actually understands your business — this is your chance to help create it.

Beta participants are expected to:

Actively use the platform during the beta period

  • Participate in structured feedback sessions

  • Share honest insights about what works and what does not

  • Help validate real-world execution use cases

This mutual commitment is what allows the beta to remain high-quality and impactful.

How the Beta Works

  1. Apply to join the beta

  2. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis

  3. Selected teams are invited into the next available cohort

  4. Onboarding and kickoff occur at the start of each two-month cycle

Spots are limited for each cohort.

If your team is ready to move beyond fragmented execution and help shape the future of process execution and optimization, we would love to hear from you.
