Question 1

What is theCaseWork™?

Accepted Answer

theCaseWork™ is an AI-native client delivery platform that helps GRC, consulting, and professional services firms deliver governed, margin-protected engagements. It unifies scope, evidence, remediation, time, and invoicing into one operating system.

Question 2

Who is theCaseWork™ designed for?

Accepted Answer

Our primary users are GRC consulting firms delivering SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, HIPAA, PCI, and audit readiness engagements. More broadly, theCaseWork™ supports professional services, advisory, and consulting firms that deliver structured client work and need consistency, clarity, and margin protection.

Question 3

How does theCaseWork™ improve client delivery?

Accepted Answer

It replaces fragmented tools and ad-hoc workflows with governed engagement structure. Every task, artifact, and remediation item is tied to scope, preventing scope drift and ensuring predictable delivery.

Question 4

What GRC frameworks does theCaseWork™ support?

Accepted Answer

SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and custom firm-defined frameworks. Multiple frameworks can be delivered within a single governed engagement.

Question 5

How does theCaseWork™ help prevent scope drift in GRC engagements?

Accepted Answer

Scope is governed at the artifact and task level. When new work appears—new controls, evidence requests, or remediation items—the platform flags it and helps you manage change control before margin erodes.

Question 6

How does the platform help protect engagement margin?

Accepted Answer

Real-time visibility into scope, evidence, remediation, and time lets firms identify margin risk early. You see exactly where engagements are drifting and can take corrective action before overruns occur.

Question 7

Can theCaseWork™ support fixed-fee GRC engagements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The platform is built for fixed-fee delivery, as well as billed hourly engagements. Governed scope, structured workflows, and real-time margin insight make fixed-fee engagements predictable and profitable.

Question 8

Can theCaseWork™ be used outside of GRC?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any professional services or advisory firm that delivers structured client work—operations consulting, IT consulting, cybersecurity advisory, compliance readiness, fractional leadership, or project-based engagements—can use theCaseWork™ to govern scope and protect margin.

Question 9

How does theCaseWork™ help consulting firms standardize delivery?

Accepted Answer

It codifies your firm’s delivery patterns into reusable engagement structures, ensuring every consultant delivers work consistently regardless of experience level.

Question 10

Does theCaseWork™ help with client communication and expectations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Governed scope, structured workflows, and clear remediation tracking create predictable client communication and eliminate ambiguity around responsibilities and timelines.

Question 11

How does Casey generate Statements of Work?

Accepted Answer

Casey analyzes your discovery call inputs, applies your firm’s delivery patterns, and produces governed Statements of Work with clear scope, timelines, responsibilities, and assumptions.

Question 12

Does Casey train on my client data?

Accepted Answer

No. Casey operates within a governed environment and does not train on your client data. Your firm’s delivery patterns remain private and protected.

Question 13

How does AI improve GRC and consulting engagements?

Accepted Answer

AI accelerates scoping, reduces manual evidence review, improves remediation clarity, and ensures engagements follow your firm’s delivery patterns—not ad-hoc consultant interpretation.

Question 14

How is client data protected?

Accepted Answer

theCaseWork™ follows strict security and privacy controls, including governed access, encrypted storage, and secure processing. No client data is used for model training.

Question 15

Where is data stored?

Accepted Answer

Data is stored in secure, U.S.-based infrastructure with enterprise-grade controls.

Question 16

Does theCaseWork™ support audit readiness?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Evidence, remediation, and scope are structured to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, HIPAA, PCI, and other audit readiness workflows.

Question 17

How much does theCaseWork™ cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is tailored to firm size and delivery volume, and can be found at https://www.theCaseWork.com/pricing.
