This Privacy Policy explains how theCaseWork, LLC (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with theCaseWork™, a software‑as‑a‑service platform designed for professional services firms. By accessing or using theCaseWork™, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

We collect information you provide directly, such as registration details, billing information, case and project data, documents, time entries, and communications. We also collect technical information automatically, including IP addresses, device identifiers, browser types, and usage patterns, to maintain security and improve performance. If you use integrations or Third‑Party Services, we may receive information from those providers as permitted by their policies.

We use the information we collect to deliver and maintain the Service, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, and improve functionality. We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the Service. Upon termination, we will retain Content for a period of 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.

By using Beta Features, you acknowledge that they are provided “as‑is,” may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may not be subject to the same security or retention commitments as core features.

theCaseWork™ is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or in‑app notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
