Essential Onboarding

Delivers rapid, accurate system setup ready for daily execution.
Additionally
You agree to provide weekly feedback to the theCaseWork™ founders regarding your experience with the platform, including insights on UI/UX and feature recommendations.
Both options include basic onboarding. If your team needs deeper workflow design, system optimization, or more customized operational setup as part of onboarding, that work can be provided as an additional paid service.
With this package you get 1 month Professional Plan ($950 value) and the Essential Onboarding Implementation Bundle that includes:
90 minute, virtual, guided onboarding session.
Core system configuration and workspace setup (permissions and settings).
Data import of contacts/clients, users, and files up to 200GB. (No data cleaning.)
One 2- hour, virtual team training session. (up to 10 participants)
Email and chat configuration and import support during the first 30 days. (up to 20 total hours)
With this package you get 2 months Professional Plan ($1,900 value) and the Essential Onboarding Implementation Bundle that includes:
